This Privacy Policy explains how America’s Leaders Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites (the “Sites”), purchase or access the Cheer Biz Kit or any other programs, download our materials, interact with us, or otherwise use the Services.

a) Information You Provide

  • Account & Contact Info: name, email address, phone number, company/school name, role/title.

  • Billing & Transactions: billing address, limited payment details. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment processor(s).

  • Program Use & Support: messages, form entries, survey responses, support tickets, testimonials, and content you upload or submit.

  • Marketing Preferences: opt-in/opt-out choices, communication settings.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, date/time, referring/exit pages.

  • Cookies & Similar Tech: session cookies, analytics cookies, pixels, and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure campaigns. See “Cookies & Tracking” below.

c) Information From Third Parties

  • Payment Processors (e.g., transaction confirmations).

  • Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the successor entity subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law.

  • keep you logged in and remember preferences;

  • analyze performance and usage;

  • measure email and advertising performance (where permitted).

  • For youth programs, any child-related information must be provided by a parent/guardian or by an educational institution acting in compliance with applicable law (e.g., COPPA/FERPA where applicable).

  • If we learn that a child has provided personal information directly to us, we will delete it.

  • Parents/guardians who believe we may have collected a child’s information should contact us at the email below.

  • Unsubscribe: Use the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contact us.

  • Preferences: You can update communication preferences with us at any time.

Privacy Rights (Depending on Your Location)

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with privacy laws may exercise the rights listed above. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

16) School/Organization Accounts (If Applicable)

Where a school or organization provides access for educators/students:

  • We act as a service provider/processor to the school/organization, processing personal information solely to provide the Services under our agreement.

  • Upon request from an authorized school/organization representative, we will assist with access, correction, or deletion consistent with applicable law and our contract.

  • A Data Processing/Student Data Addendum is available upon request.

17) How to Exercise Your Rights

Email us at info@americasleaders.net with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please include:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account/order;

  • The type of request (access/copy, correction, deletion, opt-out, etc.);

  • Your location (state/country) so we can apply the correct law; and

  • Proof of authority if you are an authorized agent.
