Elbows on the Table: From the Low Touchdown, just bend your arms up and keep your fists facing each other; make sure that your arms in just inside your shoulders.
Box: From the Elbows on the Table, just bring your arms up to make a frame around your face. Make sure your arms are parallel to the floor.
Muscles: From Box, bring your arms to the side – like muscle arms. Make sure your arms are parallel to the floor. Your fists can face forward like “door knockers” or in like “daggers”.
